Celebrate the weekend with… B’s Strawberry and White Chocolate Chip Cookies with BNUTZ Vanilla and Macadamia Nut Butter
Soft, chewy and moist indulgent sweet treat. Cholesterol buster with both BNUTZ and buckwheat combined!
128g light coloured buckwheat flour or (ground buckwheat groats)
64g cup coconut sugar
75g cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons water
1tbsp BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vitamin C
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
75g cup vegan chocolate chips
•Preheat the oven to 190c
•line a baking tray with parchment paper
•In a large bowl, stir together the buckwheat flour, coconut sugar, oil, water, vanilla, salt, and vitamin C.
•Then add the vinegar, with reacts with the vitamin C in order to make the mixture rise.
•Fold in the white chocolate chips, the use a large tablespoon to scoop the dough into approximately 12mounds, spaces evenly apart on the baking tray.
•Flatten each cookie with a fork. Pop in the oven for 10mins at 190c
