Dragons aren’t real, but this fruit sure is. Tastes like a nice mix between a kiwi and a pear. Jam-packed with antioxidants and anti-carcinogenic qualities due to the compound carotene. Ensuring you start your day with a dollop of protein thanks to BNUTZ.
Perfect start to the week with this winner of a smoothie bowl.
Recipe for this delicious bowl:
1/2 dragon fruit
1 1/2 cups of papaya
Half a kiwi
Half a cup of grapefruit juice
A few slices of pineapple
Few slices of watermelon
1 can of full-fat coconut cream
1 large tbsp BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter
1 large tbsp agave syrup
Method:
Blitz all the ingredients together and enjoy right away! Papaya contains a very powerful enzyme called papain, this is great for aiding digestion. It is particularly good for helping aid indigestion (caused by eating a protein-rich meal), alongside reducing bloating, working well as a digestive aid as it helps to break down food components. Wishing I could eat this every day!
