13 Oct Nut Butter Ice Cream Lolly
For those days that are just too hot, cool down with a Nut Butter Ice Cream Lolly.
3 frozen bananas
3 tbsp of your choice of nut butter ( we recommend Cacao and Hazelnut)
1/4 cup coconut milk
5 rows of Raw chocolate
1. I LOVE my vitamix, but whip out yout blender and whiz up the bananas and BNUTZ nut butter together.
2. pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
3. once they are frozen, melt the chocolate and milk into a bowl over boiling water.
4. Now, spread the melted chocolate over the ice cream lollies. pop them back into the freezer for 5 mins to set.
