A perfect treat for an easy chilled-out day, these BNUTZ Vanilla and Macadamia Matcha Butter Cups with white chocolate butter cups (using plamil so free: dairy free white chocolate) are absolutely delightful.
Melt white chocolate in a bowl above boiling water.
Pour the chocolate into small muffin cases, fill just under half way, put them into the fridge to set for 30mins (ensuring they’ve set).
Then add a tbsp of BNUTZ vanilla and macadamia nut butter, then flatten so you can cover with the remaining chocolate evenly.
Then, cover with the remaining half of the chocolate.
Pop back into the fridge to set.
To make the matcha cupcakes simply add 2tbsp of matcha powder to the white chocolate
